WASHINGTON — The President will travel to Baltimore, Maryland to visit the Islamic Society of Baltimore mosque to celebrate the contributions Muslim Americans make to our nation and reaffirm the importance of religious freedom to our way of life. During the visit, the President will hold a roundtable with Muslim community members and deliver remarks. The visit reiterates the importance of staying true to our core values – welcoming our fellow Americans, speaking out against bigotry, rejecting indifference, and protecting our nation’s tradition of religious freedom. There will be a pool spray at the top of the roundtable and travel pool coverage of the President’s remarks. The President’s departure from and arrival to the South Lawn are open press.
