Two terror suspects were arrested by authorities late Thursday night near Los Angeles.
One suspect was apprehended at Los Angeles International Airport on suspicion of terrorism related charges, The second suspect was taken in Orange County.
The terrorism task force, also served at least two search warrants in connection with the case.
The two are believed to be ISIS recruits who were planning to leave the country. The names of the two men were not released.
Both were expected to be arraigned Friday in a Santa Ana courtroom, CBS-LA reported.
FROM NBC: “Like a number of recent cases, the sources said the unarmed suspects fit a pattern of individuals who have been recruited by ISIS as foreign fighters, particularly through social media propaganda.”
No further information was immediately available.
