COLLEGE STATION, Texas — College Station police were on the scene of a shooting and possible standoff at a bar Monday afternoon.
The scene is at ‘Rockies Grill and Saloon’–located at 2501 Texas Avenue South.
Police said on social media: “A subject entered Rockies and fired a gun. We do not know how many rounds have been fired. No one is injured at this time. SWAT and our Hostage Negotiations Team (HNT) are on scene working towards a peaceful resolution.” — “If you are nearby Rockies, please DO NOT walk outside!”
Police also urged resident in the area to shelter-in-place.
