ROCK HILL, South Carolina — 25-year-old Michael Mobley is charged with possession of and carrying a pistol unlawfully, possession of a pistol by a prohibited person, possession of a pistol with a removed serial number and resisting arrest.
Officers responded to calls about a man, dressed in all black, peeking through bushes at a school bus stop. When Police arrived they approached a man about the incident.
The suspect attempted to run but was apprehended.
After searching the suspect, Officers recovered a pair of latex gloves, rope, three condoms, sexual lubricant and a box cutter, according to WYFF.
The firearm had been reported stolen by the Rock Hill Police department.
Mobley told police he was only there waiting on a friend.
Rock Hill is the largest city in York County, South Carolina and the fifth-largest city in the state. It is also the fourth-largest city of the Charlotte metropolitan area, behind Charlotte, Concord, and Gastonia.
