NEW YORK — The New York State Police at Canandaigua arrested Daniel J. Brown, age 29 of
Farmington, for Rape in the 3rd Degree.
An investigation determined Brown had sexual intercourse with a child less than 17 years of age.
The sexual contact occurred at an Ontario County residence in early 2016.
Brown was arraigned before the Town of Farmington Court and committed to the Ontario County Jail in lieu of bail.
Brown is listed as faculty of the Genesee Country Christian School in Geneseo, NY, however, the victim is not a student at Genesee Country Christian School and no inappropriate conduct is believed to have occurred at the school.
